Park Place Apartments set the distinction of being the newest and first apartment complex located directly in downtown Richland. A completely unique Design-Build project, Park Place meets the high demand for modern living in the heart of the City of Richland, where residents can enjoy the ideal proximity to the amenities of the Columbia River and nearby businesses and shopping. This project features several unique aspects to it: high-end modern finishes, secure interior-entry underground parking, electric car charging stations, pool with jacuzzi, state of the art fitness center, indoor/outdoor lounge, cafe, conference room, and leaseable retail spaces. Fowler provided innovative solutions to bring this project to life, transforming the eyesore lot that was dubbed “The Pit” and turning it into one of the most sought after residential complexes in Tri-Cities.
